Tenants need to provide the agent with 28 days prior written notice before vacating (email is fine).

 

This period is designed to give owners the opportunity to readvertise the property and secure a new tenant. As such your agent shall courteously show prospective tenants through the property during this period. All attempts will be made to book convenient times.
